Sales Conversion Details Report

Overview

The Sales Conversion Details Report gives in-depth details about the conversion of Opportunities to actual Sales by a given sales owner.

Example: You can see the Sales Conversion Details Report for a sales owner for the past 3 months for a given Center which went from Prospect status to the Won status. The report shows details such as the name and the type of the Opportunity, the Quote Price and the Offered Price and also the Invoice number of the actual sale that took place.

Navigation

To view the Sales Conversion Details Report from the organization or center level

  1. Ensure that you are at the organization or center level, as required.
  2. On the main menu, click the Reports tab.
  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Opportunities > Conversion (from the filter).
  4. From the list of reports, click Conversion Report – Details.
    The report opens in a new tab.
  5. Select the center for which you wish you view the report.
    Example: Los Angeles
    [This step does not apply if you are already at the center level.]
  6. Make your selections in the filter criteria and click Refresh.
  7. To export the report, click the Excel or .CSV icons.

Filter Criteria

Criteria Options Description
Select a Report Conversion Report – Details Select this option if you wish to view the list of Opportunities and details such as the name of the Opportunity, Follow-up Date, Guest Name, Mobile Number. This report is useful for you to focus on the Follow-up Dates and quickly get in touch with Guests using their phone numbers.
Select an Owner Names of Sales Owners Select the name of a Sales Owner for whom you want to run the report to see the Conversion rate. Example: What was the Conversion % of Aaron King for Opportunities that went from Active to Won Status in the past 1 month?

Select the From Status for which you want to generate the report. Example: Lead Status

Select the To Status for which you want to generate the report. Example: Won Status

Custom

From the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months or Custom. Note: For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time. Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.

 

Column Descriptions

Note: You can click all the column titles to sort them in ascending or descending order.

Column Descriptions
Center Displays the name of the Center.
Owner Displays the name of the Owner.
From Status Displays the From Status.

Example: Lead status

To Status Displays the To Status.

Example: Won status

Opportunity Title Displays the name of the Opportunity.

Example: Blemishes treatment

Guest Name Displays the name of the Guest.
Opportunity Type Displays the Opportunity Type such as a Membership, Package, or any other specific Opportunity Type.
Quote Price Displays the Quote Price of the Service or the Product.
Offered Price Displays the Offered Price of the Service or the Product. Example: You may offer a discount of say 10% – in which case the Offered Price is lower than the Quote Price.
Creation Date Displays the Date on which the Opportunity was created.
Invoice No Displays the Invoice number of the actual sale.

Example: If the Opportunity went from any status to a Won status then this means there was an actual sale. The invoice number appear here as a hyperlink – you can then click it to view the actual invoice.
