Pipeline by Status Report

Overview

The Pipeline by Status Report gives you s a visual representation of revenue that is in the pipeline over the next few months for a given center. These revenue estimates are based on various opportunity statuses such as Lead, Prospect, Active, On Hold, Won, or Lost. You can see the revenues expected from each of these Opportunity Statuses in the report.

Center Managers and managers at the Organization level can use this report to get insights into expected revenue from each Opportunity status. Managers can quickly judge the financial health of their Centers and take the necessary decisions to push business.

Navigation

To view the Pipeline by Status Report from the Organization level

  1. From the main menu, click the Sales tab.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  2. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  3. Click Pipeline.
  4. From the Select a Report drop down list, select Pipeline by Status.
  5. Select the Center for which you wish you view the report.
    Example: Los Angeles
  6. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example 1 month
    >If you select Custom you need to further specify the From and To date for the report; you can view these reports for up to 6 months in the future from the present month.
  7. Click Refresh.
    The Pipeline by Status Report appears.
    Note: Alternatively, click Data to get a tabular view of the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel, PDF, or .CSV icons.

To view the Pipeline by Status Report from the Center level:

  1. Ensure you are at the Center for which you wish to see the report.
  2. Click Sales.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  3. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  4. Click  Pipeline.
  5. From the Select a Report drop down list, select Pipeline by Status.
  6. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example: 1 month
    If you select Custom, you need to further specify the From and To date for the report; you can view these reports for up to 6 months in the future from the present month.
  7. Click Refresh.
    The Pipeline by Status Report appears.
    Note: Alternatively, click Data to get a tabular view of the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel, PDF, or .CSV icons.

Filter Criteria

Select this option if you want to run the report to view the revenue that is in the pipeline based on Sales Statuses such as Prospect, Active, Won, or Lost.

From the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months or Custom.

Note: For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time.

Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.

Example: For the Los Angeles Center, you can view the projected revenue over the next 3 months. Each of the Sales Statuses is color coded so you can quickly judge at a glance how much revenue is expected to coming from particular Statuses such as Leads or Prospects. Note that suppose you run the report on 9th September for 3 months, the report covers the time period from the beginning of the month (1st Sept) to the end of the 3-month period (30 Nov).

If you click Data, you can view the same report in a tabular format – this view makes it easy for you to export the data to an Excel , PDF , or .CSV icons.

Column Descriptions

Column Descriptions
Month Lists the time period that you selected to run the report for.
Example: If you opt for 3 months, you can view the projected revenue for each of the 3 months based on Sales Status. According to this report, the Center is projected to get a revenue of $4,45,000 from Leads, $36,85,260 from Prospects, while $ 1,44,550 is revenue is On Hold and $5,41,892  is projected revenue from Opportunities Won.
Lead Revenue expected in the pipeline from the Lead status.
Example: According to this report, the Center is projected to get a revenue of $4,45,000 from Leads.
Prospect Revenue expected in the pipeline from the Prospect status. Example: According to this report, the Center is projected to get a revenue of $36,85,260 from Prospects.
Active Revenue expected in the pipeline from the Active status.
Example: This report has no projected revenue from this status.
On Hold Revenue expected in the pipeline from the On Hold status.
Example: According to this report, the Center has a revenue of $ 1,44,550  On Hold.
Won Revenue expected in the pipeline from the Won status.
Example: According to this report, the Center is projected to get a revenue of $5,41,892  from Opportunities Won.
Lost Revenue expected in the pipeline from the Lost status.
Example: This report has no projected revenue from this status.
